History

Charlene was born sometime around 1947. Charlene had attended Phineas J Cox High school around 1965. when she was in contact with Anita Blackman's mother. She had married Jeff probably around age 18-20 and gave birth around the same time, but thats only an assumption as its not outright stated in the story.
