Ivana Swallows (born 1974), also known as Ivy Swallows, is the school nurse at Phineas J. Cox Highschool and its health advisor. Despite holding a supportive role, she more often than not acts as the antagonist towards her rival, Jenny Summers.
Since her highschool years, Ivana had developed a strong rivalry with Jenny as Ivana had been constantly relegated to second place whenever she and Jenny came in any form of comparison. This, together with Ivana's narcissistic and dominant tendencies, resulted in Ivana developing a strong disdain towards the blonde but one that is hidden behind a veneer of friendship.
A co-founder of the Coxville Bookclub, she founded the club together with her close friend, Bianca Blackwood, as a way to escape the monotony of daily life while sharing interest in books.
