Coxville

The main location of the Coxville stories. A large town of around 5000 people in total that was built on top of the charred remains of the old Cox plantation, after the civil war.

The town is practically divided into two parts: The first being Coxville proper, A majority white town with well off suburban two stories houses as the norm and the latter being Westside, located to the west of Coxville proper.

Coxville, without taking the Westside into account, is primarily if not completely white, with at least a single family of Hispanics mixed in.

Westside on the other hand, is completely filled with about 500 black residents that make up 10% of the entire population of the town itself.

Early on in Coxville's history, a section of the town had been essentially cut off during the post Civil War period, where many of the slaves that fled to Slave Island came back and formed an essentially black only enclave. This place was referred to as "Niggertown" during the immediate age of segregation but to the local black folk that lived there, it was more known as "Freetown" as to denote the freed slaves that lived there and their descendants.
